LATINGALVA 2018

LATINGALVA is the leading international conference and exhibition on hot-dip galvanizing in Latin America. It provides a unique platform for companies from around the world to exchange information on the latest advances in technology and operating processes, environmental regulations, best practices and market trends. The conference is complemented by an exhibition of international equipment and service suppliers as well as plant visits. In addition, there is a social program and a sightseeing program for accompanying partners.

LATINGALVA is targeted at general galvanizing managers and engineers, designers of infrastructure projects, architects, others involved in general construction, suppliers to the industry, as well as public officers involved in infrastructure and public work development.

LATINGALVA 2018 will be held in Lima, Peru, November 26-29. It will be organized by the International Zinc Association

Delegate fee for members of IZA and Latin American Galvanizers Associations:
Early registration fee valid until 25 September: US$ 550
Fee as of 26 September: US$ 650

Delegate Fee non-members: US$ 750

Exhibitors:
Stand of 6m² (2m x 3m): US$ 3,500
Stand of 4m² (2m x 2m): US$ 3,000

Fees include booth and basic equipment, 15 minutes to present your product or service during the conference and one free entrance pass for the conference. Please contact the organizers (bwirths@zinc.org; sce@zinc.org ) for further information.

Registration fees include access to sessions, technical plant visits, conference materials, lunches and coffees, as well as admission to welcome reception and losing dinner

PLANT TOURS:

Conference delegates will have the possibility of participating in two optional plant tours:

26 November: Visit of Cajamarquilla zinc smelter – US$ 50
29 November: Visit of one or two general galvanizing plant – US$ 50

ACCOMMODATION:

IZA has negotiated special rates for LATINGALVA participants at the Swissôtel. Rates start at US$ 250 including breakfast buffet, WiFi and access to gym and pools. The IZA group rates will be honored three days before and after the event.

Reservation information will be provided during the registration process.

Note: The IZA group rate will be limited to LATINGALVA 2018 delegates and their accompanying spouse or non-business guest who have registered for the conference.

AIRPORT TRANSFER:

The Swissôtel is 25 minutes away from Jorge Chávez International Airport. Further information to be provided.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

All cancellations must be received in writing no later than October 24, 2018.  All refunds are subject to a US$100 processing fee and will not be processed until after the conference.  Cancellations made after October 24, 2018 are non-refundable. Substitutions are permitted.

Hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
